What information do you hold about me?

We only use the information you give us to process your order and provide a quick and convenient service to you in the future.

If you have placed an order with us or created an account with us, you will have given us your name and address details

MKCLOCKS uses Paypal and Nochex to collect your credit card/debit card number and expiry date, these websites have their own privacy policy in place which you should take time to read. MKCLOCKS does not have access to your card information.

If you have signed up for our newsletter or sent us an e-mail query, you have given us your email address and possibly your name as well.

How is this information used?

If you send us an e-mail query, your details are not used for any other purpose other than answering your query.

We send out newsletters and occasional additional company information emails. If you do not want to receive these e-mails, simply do not tick the subscribe option in the Account Creation or Profile areas.

Information collected by our servers is used to help us maintain and improve the web site.

Information is never shared with third parties (other than with law enforcement agencies in the course of an investigation).

If you supply us with your postal address on-line (for instance, when ordering) you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with regards to the reason they provided it. This information will not be used for telemarketing purposes.

Use Of Cookies
