Cheque / Postal Order
Please make payable to Stewart Adkins and include your order reference number,
address and contact details. We will ship your item once payment is received and
cleared. Your order reference number will be found at the top of the email we
send confirming the receipt of your order.
Paying with Credit Card / Debit Card
Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Amex, Diners and many other credit and direct debit cards. You can also use
an existing PayPal account to make payment using your email address. Paypal is safe and
secure and manages all your card details.
MKCLOCKS does not have access to your personal Credit/Debit card information. When making payment you will be transfered to the secure PayPal site. Once your payment has been completed you will be retured here. You will recieve an email from PayPal confirming your payment and a second from MKCLOCKS confirming your order.
Shipping
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive after payment has cleared. Under normal
circumstances your item will be dispatched within 72 hours.
POSTAGE AND PACKING
Postage and Packing is charged at cost,
based on the total approx. weight and value of the items in your shopping cart. Rates are set
using a combination of Royal Mail First Class & Standard Parcel Services.
Parcels heavier than 20kg will be sent by Courier. The total shipping cost for
your order will be clearly displayed at the checkout.
RETURNED GOODS AND REFUNDS:
It is our aim at MKCLOCKS for you to be totally satisfied with
every purchase you make from us. We always aim to offer you quality, and value
for money. All items are checked by hand before being shipped to ensure they
reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied
with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days, unused and in its
original packaging, together with your receipt and reason for returning and a
full refund will be issued. We recommend contacting us before returning your item(s) to enable us to prepare a suitable repair/replacement item. We will then
gladly exchange it, or offer a full refund.
Your Right To Cancel:
You, as a consumer, have the right to cancel your
order and obtain a full refund within seven days of the invoice date, or
within seven days of the receipt of the goods, whichever is longer. If you wish to
cancel your order, please email, or phone to let us know. If you have already
received the goods you ordered, please return them to us, in their original
packaging, unused, and undamaged to the address shown below.
MKCLOCKS cannot be held responsible for the cost of return
postage for cancelled or returned orders unless goods are damaged in transit (On
the outward journey) or are faulty.
Refunds>
For a full refund you may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it.
Your account will be credited once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14
days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
It is advisable that any item returned should be sent recorded or special delivery we cannot be held respnsible for items lost in the post.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot exchange products unless
they are received faulty or the wrong item is received incorrectly.
